we are now more dignified

Hey everyone. A lot has happened in the past week or so. Here are some highlights.

After TN, it was off to Louisville, and then Lousiville again the next day. This dude Dylan was nice enough to let both In Pieces and us jump on his house show, and it turned out to be such an awesome time. Right after, we all jump into our respective vehicles and embarked on the 2 hour trip up to Cincinnatti to stay with some friends of In Pieces. We all enjoyed some absolutely killer Thai food, some Office Space, and some other hilarities.

That morning, the bulk of us set out to find some breakfast. Well, we walked well over a mile before coming upon a place called Tucker's Restaurant. The people were super nice, and the food was way good. It turned out that the owner's nephew plays in the NJ band The Pennyroyals, and it was a funny coincidence. Greg and I also enjoyed the local processed meat: geota. After that, we had a long trek up a huge hill and people threw water balloons at us when we walked through the ghetto. They missed.

From there, we went to Bowling Green, OH and then to Rochester NY. The shows were fun, and all the people were super nice. The next day we played in Poughkeepsie, and it was also a blast. Our friend Lea bought us sandwiches, in addition to letting us crash at her place. It was sweet. And later that night, I suprisingly convinced all my bandmates and Dan from In Pieces to shave into mustaches. We look good? I'm sure some pictues will surface soon enough.

The next morning, we grabbed some fuel and shot up the old I-87 to Plattsburgh, NY. We also enjoy playing in Plattsburgh, and we hadn't been here in a while, so it was great to finally get back. We played with our buddy Josh's band, Chicago Typewriter, and our buddy Devlin also played in a crazy metal band. It was a good time all around. After the show, we had a food and beer party back at Josh's place. I particulary enjoyed the food part.

Well, that pretty much brings us up to the present. Right now, we're all lounging around Josh's place enjoying the bagels and coffee he was nice enough to get for us. Oh, and Maguire is giving Greg a haircut. As soon as we're ready, we'll take the ferry over to Burlington, and meet up with our buddy Mike Poorman. We're playing at 242 Main, and I'm looking forward to it. From there, we play somewhere in Maine and then head home. Until next time.
