home again...

so here we are after another long drive through the night this time from norfolk va back to jersey. plenty of snacking was done. and the lady who raises rotweillers was impressed by brian kelly's window cleaning skills. well played my man, well played.
thanks so much to idea of beauty and mark the machine for being such incredibly fun and chill and welcoming and all around awesome people to tour with. some great shows, some not so great shows, but all in all it was a great time with the posse of dudes (and one dudette?). can't wait until we make it south and see/play with/get stupid with them all again.
and while i'm generally not so good at recapping shows i can't go on without mentioning the legendary alli with an i. the show in raleigh was incredible and afterwards they all did a good job of staying high on my list of favorite people ever. thanks DUDES. this pattern of us showing up in raleigh once a week has proven to be quite enjoyable.
finally sorry that we had to cancel the jersey show tonight. we were all excited to come show off our new southern friends but they both had circumstances beyond their control that kept them from making the trip. don't worry we'll get them up here soon soon.
